Sarah Brumfield LPTA, CPT, FAS

Founder

An FAI certified Functional Aging Specialist, ISSA certified Personal Trainer, and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. Sarah spent 15 years restoring safe independence for people recovering from injuries, surgeries and illness before shifting her focus to preventative wellness. She is passionate about fall prevention and improving quality of life through functional fitness.

Michele Smith CPT, CES

Personal Trainer

A Birmingham native and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, with specializations in functional movement, overall wellness, and endurance and strength training. With 10 years in fitness training, Michele is passionate about helping clients regain, maintain and improve functional strength and mobility.

Kailey Staggs LPTA, FAS

Personal Trainer

A licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and FAI certified Functional Aging Specialist. Kailey is compassionate about creating a positive, supportive environment that empowers clients to improve their quality of life, helping each person reach their full potential through personalized, evidence-based care.
