Our newest offering brings up to four people together for functional fitness that is social, motivating and more affordable per person. Couples, friends and neighbors get expert coaching while sharing the experience and the encouragement.

A more social way to get strong

Working out alongside people you know turns a session into something you look forward to. The energy of a small group keeps motivation high, builds friendly accountability, and makes consistency far easier to maintain.

Group size is capped at four so everyone still receives individual attention and form correction. You get the camaraderie of a class with the precision of personal training.
